Coming in hot from Toronto, Ritchie is our Technical Solutions Manager bringing 30 years of industry experience to the table. His experience working in a sign shop and eventually becoming a business owner brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic thinking to his role. From a Technical, design, user or sign shop owner perspective – he’s there for you. When he’s not offering creative solutions to applicators, you can find him shredding the slopes or navigating the waters on his sailboat.

LOUIE CALMA

Sr. technical solutions specialist - United States

Mechanically minded and extremely dedicated, Louie is our Sr. technical solutions specialist extraordinaire. Based in California with over a decade of experience, Louie prides himself on creating the best training programs to help others thrive. Prior to joining the team, he honed his skills in the automotive industry which has given him a well-rounded approach to the work he does at Arlon. Did we mention his dream car to wrap is a Le Mans Prototype? Now that would be something worth watching.

MERVIN OCANDO

Technical solutions specialist - United States

Mervin is our Texas-based tech whiz and a valuable member of our technical solutions specialist Group. With roots in the industry that trace back to his youth, Mervin’s journey is a tale of passion meeting expertise. His appetite for knowledge has seen him delve into every corner of the sign business. But here’s the kicker: Mervin wraps things for fun! That’s right, he turns the mundane into magic, one wrap at a time. And when it comes to breaking down complex topics, he’s your go-to guy, especially if you love sports. With sports analogies as his secret weapon, he makes even the most intricate subjects seem like a play-by-play of your favorite game. That’s Mervin – a blend of skill, passion, and a unique flair for making the technical relatable.

ALEXANDRE EDREI

Technical Services Representative - South America and Caribbean

We call him our multitasking action man, because of Alexandre’s vast and varied experience in the industry. Starting his career over 18 years ago, Alexandre’s worked in general signage using digital film, cut graphics and silk screening.

Alexandre trained a team of installers in exclusive applications and large fleet projects and eventually branched off to start his own company, shifting focus to large-scale projects for businesses throughout Brazil. Following his passion in education and training, Alexandre is a proud WrapItRight trainer and Technical Services Representative, covering South America and the Caribbean sharing his knowledge whenever he can.


PIOTR CINSKI

Technical Wrap Specialist - EMEA

Piotr has a long list of accomplishments and a personal drive faster than an F1 racing car. Often referred to as one of the world’s most experienced wrap installers, Piotr has wrapped over 10.000 vehicles before he joined Arlon. He won The FESPA Wrap Cup Masters Series in 2013 and is recognized as the first official World Champion of Car Wrapping. He has twice won the Polish Car Wrap Championship in 2010 and 2012. Known for his speed of wrapping, Piotr sees himself mostly as a fleet wrapper. But even if his roots are in big projects with hundreds of vehicles, he is same or even more successful when it comes to very detailed wraps with color change films. As a leader of EMEA tech team, he uses his physics education during trainings and breaks wrap techniques into parts made of forces, tensions and rules, making every session a journey full of knowledge, skills and …never ending jokes.

DOMINIK PIECHOCKI

Technical Wrap Specialist - EMEA

Oh, he’s creative, he will figure something out” – known for this to the most. Extremely passionate about low stanced cars and tuning, designing, aggressive inline-skating, and last but not least, car wrapping in any form. In 1996 when his dad bought first cutting plotter for his shop, he has been introduced to the vector graphics and plotter cuts for the first time. That was also the very first time when he has started to experiment with sticking vinyl to anything he found it possible to do so – not excluding his inline skates! It was just a matter of time until the first car wrap try out – which was a disaster he says…,but with his first car he ever owned, it was about to change, with practice. In 2008 he finally decides to run his own, professional car wrapping, PPF and designing shop. The time passes, he is gathering the experience and at the end of 2019 he joins Arlon Graphics Technical Team to start the new journey, on the position of Technical Wrap Specialist EMEA.

Maxime Jaffre

Technical Wrap Specialist - EMEA

Max learned how to use a squeegee at the age of 14 with his father, a wrap trainer in France. He did his first full wrap at 17 and always been trying to learn more about the job ever since. After international trading school, he went back to wrapping in his father’s company for 7 years before joining Arlon in 2017. Experienced in various aspect of the job, he is glad to share his knowledge about the industry and likes to be challenged during a training session.

Callum James

Technical Wrap Specialist - ANZ

Over the course of his career, Cal has been involved in award-winning wrapping challenges, worked in various sign shops around Melbourne, and traveled has across Australia, sharing his technical knowledge and skills with others. For Cal, it’s a genuine pleasure to work with people in the industry and give hands-on support to help businesses elevate their wrap game. With two decades of experience, he is truly an asset to the graphics industry.

CHI CHAN

Technical Service Engineer

Chi started his career in printing and photo imaging in 1996. He began by working in high-volume catalog photography and at an offset printing production house. This career path led him into managing his own full service digital print shop. Chi’s experience evolved from hands on profiling to becoming an experienced vinyl installer.

Chi’s experience spans vehicle wraps, fleet wraps, building wraps and more. Since he joined Arlon in 2016, he has focused on supporting Arlon’s Global Technical Services team. His knowledge of profiling, color management, and installation best practices have also helped to build the WrapItRight® video library.

JERRY LOPEZ

Technical Service Specialist

Jerry joined the Arlon team in 2013 working as a colorist for R&D. The experience he gained as a part of R&D sparked his interest in vehicle wrap installation. Using wrapitright.com and Arlon training’s Jerry was able to obtain the knowledge needed to become an experienced vinyl installer and Technical Services team member.

He has since received his certificate for SGIA Qualified Digital Color Professional and traveled the world learning from top installers.
